It has been a rather interesting couple of weeks for me. Especially this last week that just passed. My name has been dragged through the mud via an anonymous website stating I MAY be the crazy killer who beheaded a guy on the bus. My condo had a little leak that no one told me about until I got a call from the Condo board complaining about my tenants. This building also had an arsonist set fire to it (but only minor damage as it was caught early). I've also officially become the Manager of Information Systems. I also got some new teeth.

Last night my Uncle Fan (fan kau fu) passed away in a hospital with many of his closest family members standing vigil. Surviving him are his two sons and wife. Cancer is definitely a horrible thing, but I'm glad he has no regrets as he was laid to rest.

So yesterday afternoon I am interrupted at work by a huge loud bang. A large whoosh of air at the same time glances my right side. I thought someone or something had fallen through my roof since roofers have been working loudly on the roof for the past couple of weeks. (And we seriously feel they will be coming through at some point since the building literally shakes sometimes). Turns out it was just my bike's front tire blowing up. Write Comment (0 Comments) |
